On June 2, 2025, Barleti Medical Group (BMG) marked a significant milestone in its commitment to advancing healthcare innovation by participating in the high-level event “Facilitating the Implementation of the European Health Data Space from Bavaria to Europe,” held in Brussels. The event, organized by EIT Health Germany-Switzerland, brought together key stakeholders from across Europe to discuss the implementation of the European Health Data Space (EHDS) at both regional and continental levels.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Representing BMG was Michele Biring-Pani, the organization’s Business Development Director and the newly appointed Local Representative for the EIT Health Innovators Community in Albania . Her participation underscored Albania’s growing role in the European digital health landscape and highlighted BMG’s dedication to fostering innovation and collaboration within the healthcare sector.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The EHDS initiative aims to create a unified framework for health data sharing across the EU, enhancing patient care, research, and policy-making. Discussions at the event focused on best practices, challenges, and opportunities in implementing EHDS, with insights from various regional projects and initiatives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

BMG’s involvement in such a pivotal event reflects its strategic vision to integrate Albania more deeply into European health innovation networks. Through active participation in EHDS discussions and initiatives, BMG is poised to contribute significantly to the digital transformation of healthcare in Albania and beyond.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
